Weekend Fitness Challenge

Want to squeeze in at least one workout over the weekend and make it count?

Here's your weekend fitness challenge:

10 Kettlebell (KB) swings

10 Goblet squats

10 Push ups

10 Spiderman planks

10 Bicycle Crunches

Perform each round of these 5 exercises 5 times with a 1 minute rest between each round.

For those of you who don't have kettlebells, substitute them for squat thrusters and weighted squats.

Happy exercising and don't forget to take little water breaks whenever you need it.
