Holiday Fitness Challenge


I don't know about you, but over the past couple of days, I have been snacking on chocolate, toffee, and other home baked goodies. My sweet tooth is dormant for most of the year, but every Christmas season, it somehow gets activated and I overindulge in sugary treats even though I always tell myself that I won't. I am sure you can all relate!


Unlike previous years, though, this holiday season I have managed to maintain my workout routine even though they are short. intense bouts of exercise.


These are the exercises I have been doing:


- Sumo KB (kettlebell) squats with two 20 Ib kettlebells.

- Wide arm push ups


Now, here is a holiday workout challenge for you:


- 20 KB squats (dumbbells will work just as well if you don't have kettlebells)

- 20 wide arm push ups

- 20 squat thrusters using either kettlebells or dumbbells


Complete this round of these three exercises 3-5 times.


Good luck and don't forget to take short water breaks between each round.
